Meet Cece Wan
I’m Cece Wan, founder of Tongdao. My experience spans software development, DevOps, cybersecurity, technical consulting and corporate training. I’ve deployed enterprise-grade applications for startups and large corporations, with AI engineering work supporting internal operations and go-to-market teams within a large corporation.
For years, I’ve also handled IT, digital marketing and back-office operations for my mother’s business. That experience keeps my work grounded in what owners need. I love sharing knowledge and making technology understandable. As a consultant, I aim to earn your trust by listening, finding practical solutions and helping your team use them confidently. Your feedback and satisfaction come first. We work in English or Mandarin.

What do you mean by a virtual assistant?
Software configured to help with an agreed task. It might take a phone inquiry, prepare a document packet, draft a follow-up or organize an appointment request. We use AI and automation where they fit, and connect to your current tools where supported.
What stays with my team?
Customer relationships, professional judgment and approvals. We agree what the assistant can do, what needs review and when it should hand work to a person. Your team learns how to correct or pause it.
Can we keep the tools we already use?
That is where we start. We check the available connections, permissions and costs before agreeing on a setup. Sometimes improving your existing workflow is enough.
How do you handle customer information?
Before setup, we agree which information the assistant needs, who can access it and how long it is kept. Customer-facing assistants identify themselves as AI and provide a route to a person.
Can we work together in Mandarin?
Yes. Services and private training are available in English or Mandarin across Katy and Greater Houston. Public meetups and workshops are taught in English.
What happens on the first call?
We spend 30 minutes talking about your business, the work you want help with and your current tools. No technical preparation is needed. You can also send us a question first.
