Why Tongdao

Our founder watched her mother run a small practice alone. An immigrant with no front desk, she handled every call, form and bill in her second language.

通道 (tōngdào) means the pathway. Tongdao is the help we wish she'd had: people who speak your language, look carefully first, and build only what a small business needs.

Where do you work, and which languages do you speak?

We serve local businesses across Greater Houston, including Houston, Katy, Cinco Ranch and Fulshear. Services are available in English and Mandarin Chinese. In-person meetup locations are listed with each event.

What is the free Mini AI Assessment?

It is an approximately 15-minute conversation about one business bottleneck. You receive a short written summary with a practical next step. There is no obligation to buy further services.

Do I need technical experience to get started?
