Why this exists
Why Tongdao
Our founder watched her mother run a small practice alone — an immigrant with no front desk, handling every call, form, and bill in her second language. She passed away in 2021.
通道 (tōngdào) means the pathway. Tongdao is the help we wish she'd had: engineers who speak your language, look carefully first, and build only what a small business actually needs.
Cece is the founder and bilingual AI engineer behind 通道 Tongdao. She started in the back office of a small practice, doing digital marketing, web design, and content. She then worked as a senior software consultant with startups.
She now helps small businesses in Greater Houston save time, make more money, and improve the service. She builds AI agents tailored to each business, not a one-size tool. She works in cloud, cybersecurity, and AI, including how agents run, how to keep them safe, and how a business shows up in AI search. Based in Greater Houston.
